Fantastic app. Easy to use and allows me to do a range of work tasks and then go home and check the LPG bottle on the BBQ! Must have entry-level camera and app!

Works great. Bought the FLIR ONE gen 3 and like it so far.

Finally works on Pixel 6. This thermal camera has been very useful in finding where kids and animals had accidents on the carpet without having to step in it. Plus, it's useful in checking the doors and windows for any leaks in the winter.

Works great with 1+8Pro and FLIR ONE Pro USB-C. The first test sessions passed, so I'm happy. Performs quite a lot better than what I expected based on googling a couple of hours before buying. Hoping to revise the rating after more extended usage. After months of occasional use: added one more star; no problems whatsoever.

Pixel 6 Pro user chiming in, previously the app did not work with the phone, but a recent update has fixed that and the app works great. I had previously given the app a 3-star review with the complaint that FLIR had taken away the MSX alignment feature in the app. After several emails with FLIR support, they finally told me that the MSX alignment is hidden in the + sign located in the lower right of the app. Click the app to reveal the Camera Alignment adjustment. Thank you for solving the problem.

App no longer works with my FLIR ONE. It won't connect. Used to work fine.

Unfortunately doesn't work on a brand new FLIR ONE Pro on a Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 which supports the requirements of the app (armeabi-v7a). Device simply not detected and stuck on the connecting device screen. Third-party apps work just fine, so it's not user error! Please fix!

Was a little underwhelmed by the app and then I found its true power. When viewing an image, click on the pencil icon and you can change the range scale and move the measurement point on the fly. Amazing. You don't seem to be able to do this when in a live view.

Overall Impression

I don't understand a lot of the criticism of this app. I purchased a used FLIR ONE on Amazon. When the device arrived, I opened the box and followed the nine-step quick start guide. Basically, charge the FLIR ONE, install this app, turn on the FLIR ONE, and plug the device into the USB C on your phone. The app launched when I connected the FLIR and I am very impressed. This is early 00s military-grade, look-through-walls, technology. Again, really impressive.

FLIR ONE is an effective tool for various purposes, including home inspection. It provides a good quality thermal imager at an affordable price. The ability to change the range scale and move the measurement point in the image editing mode is a standout feature. While some users have experienced connectivity issues, recent updates have addressed many of these problems. Overall, the FLIR ONE app is highly recommended for those in need of a thermal imaging solution.
